We had a really busy Easter Weekend. I do not think we could have fit any more celebrating in if we tried! We started our weekend by getting together with Kyle's parents, Hope & Ben on Good Friday. We went to a Good Friday Service at the Methodist Church in Chambers. After church, Marilyn had us all out their place for supper. It was yummy as always! Jenae was a happy to get the eggs out for Trey & Aubree to find. Trey & Aubree had fun finding eggs & kept busy playing. Chase & Whitney seem to be rather entertained with each other.
Saturday afternoon we went to the Easter Egg hunt in Chambers. Kyle & Chip went to help with a branding. Marylin came along with me & the girls to help with Whitney. We thought it was going to be a nice day, but it was really windy so it felt cold at the park. The girls had fun finding the eggs & playing with friends. When we got home from town, Jenae & Aubree colored eggs. I boiled 3 dozen eggs so they kept busy for awhile!
Sunday we got up early & went to Chip & Marilyn's for an Easter Breakfast. Then it was off to Sunday School & Church. From Church we headed down to my parents house to celebrate Easter with them. It was a day packed full of activities. We had a scavenger hunt, blue rock shoot & Easter egg hunt. We all had plenty to eat as well! At the end of the day we managed to get a few pictures taken to update our family picture. I figured 6 months of not having Whitney on my blog header was long enough.
