Saturday night Hope & Ben had us over to watch the Husker game so we just decided to celebrate Whitney's birthday then since we were all together. It was a fun evening, even though the Huskers took awhile to get the game turned around.
The kids had a great time playing outside. Trey & Aubree kept busy buzzing around on Trey's 4 wheeler. Chase & Whitney enjoyed some time in the wagon & Jenae kind of floated back and forth from playing with Trey & Bree and hanging out with the adults.
At 1/2 time of the game Chip took Jenae & Aubree on a moonlight trial ride. He hauled the horses over to Hope's house in the trailer then they rode home. It was a full & bright moon on Saturday night & the weather was perfect for a ride. I guess Bree wanted to mostly walk. When they got a couple miles from home Aubree said "ok, we can trot now.... I am not scared any more!" The girls ended up spending the night with Grandpa & Grammy.
The next morning they went with Hope & Ben to go pick pumpkins over at Ben's Dad's house. They came back with a ton of pumpkins & we got our place decorated with pumpkins inside & out!!

Your girls are so blessed to have Chip for a Grandpa! How awesome was that for him to haul horses so they could ride home? What memories.
