Kreycik River View Ranch

Two weekends ago we took a trip to the Kreycik River View Elk & Buffalo Ranch.  It was something fun to do that is not to far from home.  We learned a lot about the animals that live there.  The kids all really enjoyed riding on the covered wagons.  We got really lucky with the weather.  They were forecasting over 100 degrees.  I was thinking it was going to be a hot day!  Our tour started at 10:00 & the sky was filled with clouds.  The sun did not come out until the last 10 minutes of the ride.  We had a great time.  We stopped at DQ on our way home for some dinner. 

Marilyn's brother, Kent came up for supper that night.  We all went over to enjoys some of Marilyn's cooking :-)  The kids had a great time in the creek. 

Hope kept my kids for a few hours on Sunday so I could get caught up on laundry then came over to play in the creek with the kids again.

One of the neatest things  about the tour was getting to feed the buffalo corn.  They would come right up to the wagon and eat out of our hands.
